BONUS BLOG! My roommate was making a yummy, late-night snack tonight and inspired me to share some easy & nutritious dessert ideas for this mini blog (thank you gracie!). So, without further ado, here is some simple dessert inspo!

Apple Bites

Ingredients:

Green Apple

Nut Butter of choice

Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

So simple: Melt your chocolate chips & peanut butter and drizzle over your apple slices. Then, put them into the fridge for about 10 minutes and you are good to go!

Oatmeal Balls

Ingredients:
3 cups quick oats

1 cup creamy nut butter

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup honey

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together until fully combined, roll into balls, and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes! This recipe makes 30 servings and keeps in the fridge for long time!

Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark

This one might be the easiest! Melt some dark chocolate in the microwave (make sure to do it in 20-30 second increments to avoid burning) and combine pomegranate seeds. Then spread the mixture on a wax paper lined baking sheet, stick in the fridge for 30 minutes, break apart, and enjoy!

Again, very simple ideas but fun things to try!

Happy dessert making!
